The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 units, The client could order more than 200 units depending on their brand requirements.
- Your box target quantity.
- Your packaging box size. length, width and height.(Example: 228*152*76mm or 9*6*3inch)
- Provide the packaging file.(Can discuss detail with us.)
- Your receiver address and zip code. (For us to calculate the shipping freight.)
Our production time is around 8 to 15 business days after you paid amd confirm the samples,if you have any rush order then you can contact us to get faster turnaround time.
The turnaround time depends upon the order volume and box dimensions too.
We have a wide range of custom packaging solutions for different industries including Retail, E-commerce and other types of custom boxes. Folding box, mailer box, gift box, drawer box, card box, video box, and any other style.

The custom packaging design process has the following steps
Discuss the packaging requirements with the expert designers.
Finalize the artwork design for your custom boxes.
Prepare the dieline template.
Get the sample approval from the clients.
Start the box production, printing and finishing process
Deliver the custom boxes to the client's destination.
We support Adobe photoshop, Adobe llustrator and PDF for custom artwork design.
According to your requirements and budget, we offer express delivery, sea transportation, and railway transportation. Different countries, different addresses, and different transportation methods result in varying transportation times. Usually, we recommend sea transportation, which takes around 30 to 40 days. And the air delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days. You can discuss with our team to come up with the best solution.
Yes, you can order samples before bulk order to approve the box design, printing quality and box dimensions to proceed with further production process.
If you don't need to receive the samples in person, generally speaking, after you make the payment, we will arrange a sample before production, take photos or videos to confirm it for you, and then start the production of the bulk goods. This way, it can save more time and costs. The processing time for the samples usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If express delivery is required, the shipping time will be 5 to 7 working days.

And for Colors Options we work in CMYk and PMS color for printing.
Currently, we support bank card transfers and online wire transfers. In the future, we will launch third-party platform payments. For details, please feel free to contact us.
Design & Artwork
Smaller orders typically ship via FedEx Ground® or FedEx Express®, while larger orders ship LTL Freight (Less than truckload). You'll always receive tracking information upon shipment.

At Sunshine Gift Packaging, sustainability is central to everything we do. We’re always exploring the most eco-friendly practices across our production, packaging, and shipping. Most of our products are made from cardboard—an inherently sustainable material that’s recyclable and renewable when responsibly sourced. Our boxes contain at least 50% recycled content and are 100% recyclable ♻️, and we partner with suppliers who prioritize ethical forestry. We also mainly use digital printing, which avoids traditional printing plates and reduces both energy use and material waste. It allows for on-demand production, meaning we only print what’s needed, minimizing overproduction and excess inventory. From design to delivery, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact while helping our customers create high-quality, sustainable packaging.
Depending on the custom box style you chose to purchase with us we'll use different boards and papers, you may see all their specifications below:
- Mailer boxes: E-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) - 1/16" thickness.
- Rigid Boxes: 0.50pt board + 80lbs (160m) litho paper – 1/16" thickness total.
- Shipping Boxes: B-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/8" thickness.
- Folding Boxes: 18pt SBS Board.

Definitely! Although E-Flute board seems thin, it forms a sturdy, reliable box safe for shipping without additional protection.
Digital printing can't perfectly match Pantone colors, but our advanced 6-color press comes very close. For exact PMS matches, we offer HD Flexo or Litho Lamination for larger orders. Let us know your specific color needs and we'll be happy to help!
Yes, you'll receive a digital proof by email shortly after ordering. You can also view proofs through your online account.
